  3. The information below is required for the issuance of a Kodiak Island Borough Burn Permit. The information provided on this application, with the exception of the phone number, is public information and may be posted elsewhere on this site with other Burn Permit information. The phone number is required and will be used for internal Kodiak Island Borough Fire Protection purposes; it will not be published on this site. The purpose of collecting the information below is to determine who will supervise the burn, where the burn will actually take place, and the contact phone number that will be active at the burn site. It is imperative that this information be complete and accurate. Prior to submitting this application, please take the time to carefully read the burn permit regulations found on this site. If you have any questions about the use of this information, please contact the Bayside Fire Station office at 486-4536 or the Women's Bay Fire Station office at 487-4312.
