Building Something?

Avoid costly problems later by finding out what regulations and permits apply to your project. Here's what you need to know:

Do I need a Zoning Compliance Permit?

Review the Zoning Compliance section of the General Provisions and Use Regulations chapter of the Zoning Code. Also review any other sections that may apply to your specific project (such as accessory buildings, fences, and projections into required yards). If a permit is required, you will need to submit a Zoning Compliance Permit Application.
