Boards & Commissions
Get Involved
Boards, committees, and commissions are established as a way for citizens to provide input on issues important to the community. Members of the public may apply for a position on a board with a vacancy by filling out an application form. Applicants must be borough residents, registered voters, and must remain residents of the borough while in office. Members of boards, committees, and commissions, except for members of the board of adjustment, members of the board of equalization, and elected service area board members, are appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the assembly.
