The Kodiak Island Borough actively promotes recycling in our community therefore we encourage citizens to utilize the services of the local recycling company, Threshold Recycling Services.

·         Styrofoam packing peanuts (These are saved and distributed free of charge.)

Please Do Not Bring:

• Food products
• Soiled products (tissue, paper towels, cups, plates)
• Carbon paper
• Candy wrappers
• Waxed paper products
• Styrofoam (other than peanuts)
• Disposable diapers
• Oil
• Antifreeze containers
• Products contaminated by oil or antifreeze

Please clean and/or rinse containers to be recycled.
