The purpose of the Subdivision Regulations is to:
- Provide minimum standards for survey accuracy and proper preparation of plats.
- Promote and protect the public health, safety, and general welfare.
- Provide reasonable consideration of adopted Borough plans and regulations in order to provide the best subdvision of land.
